Refund policy

This policy describes when NCOPST Data may refund or credit payments for mobile data bundle orders.

1. General

Because data bundles are digital and often delivered quickly, refunds are limited. We will always try to resolve issues fairly where the service did not perform as promised.

2. Failed or undelivered fulfilment

If payment was successful but the bundle was not applied to the beneficiary number due to an error on our side or a confirmed operator failure attributable to the transaction, you may request a refund or re-attempt. Contact with the beneficiary number and order time.

3. Wrong number

If you entered an incorrect beneficiary number and the bundle was already delivered to that number, we generally cannot recall airtime or data from the recipient line. Refunds are usually not available in that case. Contact us immediately if the order is still pending—we may be able to cancel before fulfilment.

4. Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same confirmed duplicate submission, we will investigate and refund the duplicate after verification.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period depending on banks and mobile money providers.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect your ability to use the service.
